Chain length is 52.5cms long
Each paperclip is 4×0.7cms
Chain and clasp weight is 31g
Chain is handmade and T-clasp forged by Jen Chau in Lisbon, Portugal.
It all began with an assignment in my jewellery class to make a chain in silver, which I decided had to be a paperclip chain. It was chunkier and used more silver than I had intended, but by the time I realised it I had already put a lot of time into it and I wanted to get the assignment finished so I could move on, and now it’s the first piece in The ReMetal Project.
